Section 45-45-173.04 Enforcement. (a) This part shall be enforced by the Madison County Commission.
(b) The Madison County Commission may commence a civil action in the name of the Madison County

Alabama's judicial system are entitled to reimbursement for their actual and necessary expenses,

Section 45-17-81 Solicitor's Fund. (a) All fees hereafter taxed as solicitor's fees and collected
as a part of the costs in the circuit court of any county in the Thirty-first Judicial Circuit
shall be paid into the county treasury where the fee is imposed and collected, to the credit
