Section 11-3A-3 Adoption procedures for ordinances; administrative fees; penalties. (a) Following the notice requirements set out in subsection (b), the county commission, by majority vote, may adopt ordinances for the implementation and enforcement of the powers set out in Section 11-3A-2. The county commission, in its discretion, may hold a separate public hearing on the adoption of the proposed ordinances except the vote on approval of a proposed ordinance shall be taken only at a regularly scheduled county commission meeting and only following notice as set out in subsection (b). The style of all ordinances shall be, "Be it ordained by the ___ County Commission as follows:" inserting the name of the county as the case may be. Section 8-17-91 Disposition of funds; overpayments. Section 45-45-83.46 Fees. (a) An applicant may be assessed a fee when the applicant is approved for the program. The amount of the assessment for participation in the program shall be in addition to any court costs, assessments for victims, or drug, alcohol, or anger management treatment required by law, the district attorney, or the court and shall be in addition to costs of supervision, treatment, and restitution for which the pretrial admittee may be responsible. (a) The department shall suspend the vehicle registration of any motor vehicle determined to be in violation of Section 32-7A-4, including any motor vehicle operated in violation of Section 32-7A-16 by an operator other than the owner of the vehicle.
