Section 45-2-261.11 Appeals to the board of adjustment. Appeals to the planning district board of adjustment may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any officer or department of Baldwin County affected by any decision of any administrative officer representing the county in an official capacity in the enforcement of this subpart or of any ordinance or regulation adopted pursuant to this subpart. Notwithstanding any provision herein, a board of adjustment shall have no jurisdiction to review any decision already determined by the Baldwin County Commission. The appeal shall be taken within 30 days of the decision by filing with the officer from whom the appeal is taken and with the board of adjustment a notice of appeal specifying the grounds thereof. The officer from whom the appeal is taken shall transmit forthwith to the board of adjustment all papers constituting the record upon which the action was taken. Section 10A-8A-7.01 Purchase of transferable interest of a person dissociated as a partner. (a) If a person is dissociated as a partner from a partnership without resulting in a dissolution and winding up of the partnership business or not for profit activity under Section 10A-8A-8.01, the partnership shall cause that person's transferable interest in the partnership owned by that person at the time of dissociation to be purchased for a buyout price determined pursuant to subsection (b). (a) Where complaint has been made to the commission concerning any rate or other charge of any transportation company and the commission has found, after a hearing, that the transportation company has received an excessive or unjustly discriminatory amount on account of such rate or charge, the commission may order that the transportation company make due reparation to the complainant therefor, within a time to be designated in said order, together with interest at the legal rate from the date of receipt of such excessive or unjustly discriminatory amount.
