Section 12-19-312 Disposition of funds. (a) The fee allocated to the Solicitor's Fund shall be expended for the payment of any and all expenses incurred by the district attorney in the discharge of the duties of the office or for any legitimate law enforcement purpose. (b) The fee allocated for the court clerk's fund shall be expended at the discretion of the clerk, to support the functions of the office of the clerk. (c) The fees allocated to the Sheriff's Fund, administered by the sheriff, shall be expended at the direction of the sheriff for the operation of the jail. Section 12-19-311 Bail bond fees. (a)(1) In addition to all other charges, costs, taxes, or fees levied by law on bail bonds, additional fees as detailed in paragraph a. and paragraph b. shall be imposed on every bail bond in all courts of this state. The fee shall not be assessed in traffic cases, except for those serious traffic offenses enumerated in Title 32, Chapter 5A, Article 9. Section 45-11-80.01 Additional court costs; Public Safety Technology Fund. (a) In all criminal, quasi-criminal, and traffic cases in district, circuit, and municipal courts in Chilton County, there shall be taxed as costs an additional ten dollars ($10) in each case.
