Section 41-10-268.1 Issuance of bonds - 2007 authorization. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following respective meanings: (1) "Authority" means the Alabama Judicial Building Authority organized pursuant to the 1986 Act. (2) "1986 Act" means Act No. 86-420, enacted at the 1986 Regular Session of the Legislature of Alabama and codified in this chapter (3) "Series 1996 Bonds" means the Alabama Judicial Building Authority Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1996. Section 40-19-17 Motor Carrier Fund. All such mileage tax, penalties, fees and amounts collected under this chapter shall be paid into the Treasury within 30 days after their receipt and shall be kept separate and apart from all other funds by the Treasurer in a fund to be known as the Motor Carrier Fund. Section 45-44-170.05 Enforcement; fines. (a) The operation of an unlicensed junkyard that is required to be licensed pursuant to this section constitutes a public nuisance. (b) The Macon County Commission shall adopt regulations and requirements for issuing licenses for the operation of junkyards within the limits defined in this article and may revoke the licenses at any time the junkyard fails to conform to the requirements of this article, and shall charge a license fee of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) and not less than one hundred dollars ($100) payable each fiscal year.
