Section 45-2-231.90 Baldwin County Sheriff Service of Process Serving Fund. (a) This section shall only apply to Baldwin County. (b) The Baldwin County Sheriff Service of Process Serving Fund is created and hereinafter referred to in this section as the fund. (a) In addition to any court costs and fees now or hereafter authorized in Blount County, the Blount County Commission may impose by resolution of the commission an additional fee in an amount not to exceed forty dollars ($40) to be assessed and taxed as costs on each civil case and on each criminal case, including traffic cases.
