Section 45-42-11 Salaries; expense allowances. (a)(1) The following officers of Limestone County shall receive the following annual salaries to be paid from county funds in equal monthly installments: a. Chair, county commission $19,200 b. County commission members $13,200 c. Judge of probate $17,500 d. Tax assessor $15,700 e. Tax collector $15,700 f. Sheriff $19,000 g. Section 12-19-172 Schedule and distribution of fees - Municipal ordinance cases in circuit and district courts. (a) A sex offender who is convicted of any offense specified in this chapter, in addition to any imprisonment or fine, or both, and in addition to any other fees, costs, and assessments, imposed for the commission of the underlying offense, shall be punished by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
