Section 12-18-93 Cost-of-living adjustments. (a) Any retired judge of probate receiving benefits from the Judicial Retirement Fund shall be entitled to receive any cost-of-living adjustment provided by law for state employees who are retired under the State Employees' Retirement System after April 21, 1998.
