Section 36-27-12.1 Transfer of service credits, etc., from Judicial Retirement Fund. (a) Any member of the Employees' or Teachers' Retirement System, who, not more than one year prior to becoming a member of the Employees' or Teachers' Retirement System, was a member of the Judicial Retirement Fund, may elect to transfer to the Employees' or Teachers' Retirement System, his or her creditable service and accumulated contributions, including the contributions of the employer, in the Judicial Retirement Fund, as provided in this section.
