Section 12-17-291 Oath, powers and duties of supernumeraries. Such supernumerary circuit court
reporter shall take the oath of office prescribed by the Constitution for judicial officers
and shall have and exercise all the duties, power and authority of official circuit court

Section 40-2B-2 Alabama Tax Tribunal. (a) Statement of Purpose. To increase public confidence
in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with
tax expertise to resolve disputes between the Department of Revenue and taxpayers, prior to
