Section 31-14-3 Creation; composition; meetings; compensation; powers and duties. (a) There is created the Alabama Job Creation and Military Stability Commission. Members of the commission shall include a chair and two vice chairs. The chair shall be the Lieutenant Governor, or in the absence of a Lieutenant Governor, the chair shall be the Governor, or his or her designee. The vice chairs shall be the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, or his or her designee, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, or his or her designee. (b) The commission shall also consist of the following members: (1) Two members of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. As used in this article, the following words and terms, and the plurals thereof, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, unless otherwise required by their respective context: (1) ACQUISITION. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Section 12-23-15 Indigent Offender Alcohol and Drug Treatment Trust Fund - Established fee; sanctions for failure to remit fees. The Indigent Offender Alcohol and Drug Treatment Trust Fund is hereby established and created as a separate fund in the State Treasury. Such fund shall provide for payment to eligible alcohol and drug treatment programs for treatment and rehabilitation of indigent offenders. This fund shall consist of all moneys paid into the State Treasury to the credit of such fund pursuant to this chapter and all moneys received for the benefit of the Indigent Offender Alcohol and Drug Treatment Trust Fund by legislative appropriation, grant, or otherwise.
