Section 45-48-242.02 Levy, collection, and distribution of certain taxes on alcoholic
beverages. (a) Notwithstanding any other laws, the taxes levied and collected on wholesale
and retail sales of liquor, beer, and table wine in the City of Guntersville shall also be
levied and collected at the same rates and in the same manner on wholesale and retail sales
of the same alcoholic beverages sold at wholesale or retail in any community development district
in Marshall County established under Chapter 8B of Title 35. (b) The proceeds of revenues
collected in a community development district in the county under subsection (a) shall be
distributed as follows: (1) One-third to the Marshall County General Fund. (2) One-third to

Section 45-13-82 Assessment of docket fee in certain cases; Solicitor's Fair Trial Fund.
(a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district,
circuit, and municipal courts in Clarke County, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a
solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case. The fees shall be collected by the circuit
clerk and distributed monthly to the Solicitor's Fair Trial Fund in the county or to the fund
that may be hereafter prescribed by law for the solicitor's fee. The solicitor's fee shall
be in an amount equal to all docket fees or court costs which are assessed upon an adjudication
of guilt in a criminal case and distributed to the Fair Trial Tax Fund. (b) The solicitor's
fee shall be collected in all criminal cases where the defendant is adjudged guilty, a bond
forfeited, a penalty imposed, or where there is issued any alias or capias warrant of arrest.

Section 45-15-82.33 Additional fees - Marriage license; petition for adoption. (a) In
addition to all other costs, fees, and charges assessed pursuant to current applicable law
in the Probate Court of Cleburne County, a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) shall be charged
and collected for each marriage license and for each petition for adoption filed in the probate
court. The additional fee shall be collected in the probate office, at the time of the filing

by a majority vote of member departments in good standing, establish and define the boundaries
of one or more districts within the boundaries of the county for purposes of collection and

Section 45-19-233 Collection and disposition of fee. In Coosa County, the total fee
for issuance of a permit to carry a pistol as provided by Section 13A-11-75, shall
be twenty-five dollars ($25) per year, except that for persons age 65 and over, the fee shall
be fifteen dollars ($15) per year, which shall be collected by the sheriff. Five dollars ($5)
of each fee shall be paid into the county treasury and the remainder of each fee shall be
