Section 45-1-80.02 Docket fee; Solicitor's Fund. (a) In all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Autauga, Chilton, and Elmore Counties, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case. Section 45-28-82.29 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) In any case in which an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program, there shall be a written agreement between the district attorney and the offender. The agreement shall include the terms of the pretrial diversion program, the length of the program, and the period of time after which the district attorney will dispose of the charges against the offender in a noncriminal manner. Section 45-40-81.01 Juvenile probation services. (a) In Lawrence County, in addition to all other costs and charges in district and juvenile court cases with the exception of small claims cases, a fee of five dollars ($5) shall be charged and collected by the clerk of the district court. The monies derived from the additional fees provided for by this section shall be paid into the county treasury and the fund shall be kept as a separate fund in the county treasury.
