Section 12-19-174 Distribution of docket fees - Felony cases in circuit court. (a) The following distribution shall be made of docket fees for felony cases in circuit court: (1) Ten dollars ($10) to the Peace Officers' Annuity Fund. (2) Sixteen dollars ($16) to the Fair Trial Tax Fund. (3) One hundred four dollars ($104) to the State General Fund. (4) Five dollars ($5) to the county general fund. Section 45-2-80.01 Assessment of docket fee in certain cases. (a) In all juvenile cases, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in Baldwin County in the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit, a docket fee, hereinafter referred to as a solicitor's fee, shall be assessed in each case. Section 12-26-8 Fees; indigency. (a) In addition to any court costs or docket fees for filing a petition in circuit court, the petitioner shall pay an administrative filing fee of one hundred dollars ($100) at the time of filing a petition to obtain an order of limited relief. The administrative filing fee may not be waived by the court. Section 45-19-80.30 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) In Coosa County, in addition to any and all court costs, fees, and charges now or hereafter authorized, there shall be assessed by the clerk of the circuit court a one hundred dollar ($100) charge on the service of all failure to appear warrants executed by the deputies or Sheriff of Coosa County. (b) The service fee imposed in this section shall be assessed against a defendant upon conviction.
