Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers of administrator. (a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as required by the administrator for that purpose. Additional reports may be required. Credit unions shall be examined at least every 18 months by employees of the administration or by other persons designated by the administrator. For failure to file reports when due, unless excused for cause by the administrator, the credit union shall pay to the State Treasurer five dollars ($5) for each day of its delinquency. Section 40-9B-3 Definitions. (a) For purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases mean: (1) ABATE, ABATEMENT. Section 25-4-51 Rates of contributions, etc., by employers. (a) Contributions. Except as hereinafter provided and subject to the provisions of Section 25-4-54, every employer shall pay contributions, or payments in lieu of contributions, equal to the percentages of wages payable or paid as hereinafter set out, with respect to employment by him. Section 40-7-25.1 Current use value of Class III property - Definition; appraisal of property at request of owner; legislative intent; applicability of section; method of valuation; factors considered in appraisal; rules and regulations of Department of Revenue; hearing objections.
