Section 2-22-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COMMERCIAL FERTILIZER. Any substance containing one or more recognized plant nutrients which is used for its plant nutrient content and which is designed for use or claimed to have value in promoting plant growth, except unmanipulated animal and vegetable manures, marl, lime, limestone, basic slag, gypsum and other materials or products regulated under Chapter 23 of this title. Such term shall include fertilizer material as defined in subdivision (2) of this section, and the provisions and requirements of this chapter applicable to commercial fertilizer shall also apply to fertilizer material. (a)(1) Upon receipt of an application for issuance of a certificate of authority, the commissioner shall forthwith transmit copies of such application and accompanying documents to the State Health Officer. Section 30-3-4.2 Grandparent visitation. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) GRANDPARENT. Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs; audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the provisions of this chapter to be paid to the department. During the first year next following October 1, 1988, the amount of the annual Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100). Thereafter, the commission, upon recommendation of the management board, shall set such an amount not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per year per regulated tank.
