Section 10A-8A-10.03 Death or disqualification of partner. (a) In the case of a limited liability
partnership performing professional services, upon the death of a partner, upon a partner
becoming a disqualified person, or upon a transferable interest being transferred by operation
of law or court decree to a disqualified person, the transferable interest of the deceased
partner or of the disqualified person may be transferred to a qualified person and, if not
so transferred, subject to Section 10A-8A-4.09, shall be purchased by the limited liability

Section 12-15-308 Filing of petition and conduct of 72-hour hearing as to necessity for continuation
of shelter care of a child. (a) When a child alleged to be dependent has been removed from
the custody of the parent, legal guardian, or legal custodian and has not been returned to
same, a hearing shall be held within 72 hours from the time of removal, Saturdays, Sundays,
and holidays included, to determine whether continued shelter care is required. (b) Notice

Section 25-9-22 Witnesses at proceedings under chapter generally. (a) The chief has the authority
to administer oaths and to issue subpoenas requiring the attendance of witnesses to testify
under oath in any proceeding and to require witnesses to answer all questions propounded to
them. The sheriff or constable in the county in which such witnesses may reside or be found
shall execute subpoenas issued as above provided, and they shall each receive for their services
in executing such subpoenas the same fees as are allowed them respectively for executing subpoenas
