Section 20-2-93 Forfeitures; seizures. (a) The following are subject to forfeiture: (1) All
controlled substances which have been grown, manufactured, distributed, dispensed, or acquired
in violation of any law of this state; (2) All raw materials, products, and equipment of any
kind which are used or intended for use in manufacturing, cultivating, growing, compounding,
processing, delivering, importing, or exporting any controlled substance in violation of any
law of this state; (3) All property which is used or intended for use as a container for property

Section 11-89C-4 Powers of public corporation; requirements for development or adoption of
rules, procedures, ordinances, etc. (a) When expressly required to comply with storm water
laws, any public corporation created pursuant to this chapter shall have the following powers:

Section 45-49-120.06 Personnel board. (a)(1) The personnel board shall consist of five members
designated respectively as Member 1, Member 2, Member 3, Member 4, and Member 5, each of whom
shall be over 19 years of age, of recognized good character and ability, a qualified elector

Section 34-1-3 State Board of Public Accountancy. (a) There is created a board of public accountancy
in and for the State of Alabama, to be known as the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy.
The board shall consist of seven members appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate.

Section 11-44B-25 Procedures to reduce or delete areas from police jurisdiction. Notwithstanding
any law to the contrary, any Class 4 municipality that is organized pursuant to this article
may from time to time reduce or delete various portions and areas from the territorial limits
of its respective police jurisdiction or its planning jurisdiction or both as established
by law, including, but not limited to, Sections 11-40-10 and 11-52-30, Act 76-594 and as amended
