(a) A task force is created to serve under the supervision of the Department of Public Health to establish the Order for PPEL Care form. The task force shall include all of the following representatives: (1) One representative of urban emergency medical services, appointed by the Governor. (2) One representative of rural emergency medical services, appointed by the Governor. (3) One pediatrician caring for medically complex children in an urban area, appointed by the Governor.
