Section 36-2-6 Officers required to obtain commissions. The judges of the several courts,
the Attorney General, district attorneys, the Secretary of State, the Auditor, the Treasurer,
the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural

Section 36-21-8 Badge and pistol as part of retirement benefits for certain law enforcement
officers and investigators. Any person who, at the time of retirement, is in good standing
and employed by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Alcoholic Beverage
Control Board, the State Forestry Commission, the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center,

Section 38-7-3 License to operate or conduct child-care facility - Requirements; recordkeeping;
parental notifications, etc.; affidavits; inspections and investigations. (a) No person, group
of persons, or corporation may operate or conduct any facility for child care, as defined
in this chapter, without being licensed or approved as provided in this chapter. (b)(1) Except
as provided in subdivision (2), the licensure requirements of this chapter do not apply to
a child-care facility that is operating as an integral part of a local church ministry or
a religious nonprofit school, and is so recognized in the church or school's documents, whether
operated separately or as a part of a religious nonprofit school unit, secondary school unit,

Section 9-2-3.1 Parking violations on property under control control of department.
(a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (2) PROPERTY
UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE DEPARTMENT. Property, and any roads or streets on the property, including
but not limited to, state parks property; boating access areas, including associated parking
lots; wildlife management areas; public fish lake property; and any property controlled, owned,
leased, or managed by the department or any of its divisions or the Forever Wild Land Trust.
(b)(1) A person may not park, cause to be parked, or permit a motor vehicle to be parked on
any property under the control of the department in violation of a rule adopted by the department.

as to game, fish and seafood generally. (a) The Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources
