Section 16-6D-9 Tax credit claims; administrative accountability; verification of requirements; rules and procedures. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
