Section 38-10-30 Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) CHILD. A minor or disabled child. (2) CUSTODY. A legal status created by court order. Section 38-7-2 Definitions. Terms used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, have the meanings ascribed to them in this section. Section 12-15-309 Alleged dependent child to be released when continued shelter care not required; conditions imposed upon release; amendment of conditions or return of child to custody upon failure to conform to conditions imposed.
