Section 22-57-4 Alabama Interagency Autism Coordinating Council - Composition. (a) The composition
of the council shall reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban and rural, and economic

Section 26-10A-12 Persons who may take consent or relinquishments; forms. (a) A consent of
the natural mother taken prior to the birth of a child shall be signed or confirmed before
a judge of probate. At the time of taking the consent the judge shall explain to the consenting
parent the legal effect of signing the document and the time limits and procedures for withdrawal
of the consent and shall provide the parent with a form for withdrawing the consent in accordance

Section 27-21B-9 Garnishment of wages. (a) The Alabama Medicaid Agency may garnish the wages,
salary, or other employment income of any person who is required by a court or administrative
order to provide coverage of the costs of health services to a child who is eligible for medical
assistance and has received payment from a third party for the cost of services for the child
but has not used the payments to reimburse the other parent or guardian of the child, the
provider of services, or the Alabama Medicaid Agency for its payments made. Current or past
due child support shall have priority over claims for the costs of the services. (b) In addition
to the powers granted in subsection (a), the Alabama Medicaid Agency may notify the State
Department of Revenue of any amounts due under this section. Upon proper and timely notice,

Section 13A-6-40 Definitions. The following definitions apply in this article: (1) RESTRAIN.
To intentionally or knowingly restrict a person's movements unlawfully and without consent,
so as to interfere substantially with his liberty by moving him from one place to another,
or by confining him either in the place where the restriction commences or in a place to which

Section 16-1-51.1 Comprehensive model policy for supervision and monitoring of juvenile sex
offender students; educational placement of juvenile sex offenders. (a)(1) On or before January
1, 2019, the State Board of Education shall develop a comprehensive model policy for the supervision
and monitoring of juvenile sex offender students, who have a low risk of re-offense and are
enrolled, attending class, and participating in school activities with the general population
of students. The purpose of the model policy is to provide a safe and secure environment for
all students and staff. The model policy shall be adopted by each local board of education

Section 38-12-4 Individualized service plan. (a) The department shall determine whether the
person is able to care effectively for the foster child by the following methods: (1) Reviewing
