Section 12-15-220 Orders of disposition not to be deemed convictions, impose civil disabilities,
etc.; disposition of child and evidence in hearing not admissible in another court. (a) An
order of disposition or other adjudication in a proceeding pursuant to subsection (a) of Section
12-15-114 shall not be considered to be a conviction or impose any civil disabilities ordinarily
resulting from a conviction of a crime or operate to disqualify the child in any civil service

Section 30-3C-6 Contents of petition. A petition under this chapter must be verified and include
a copy of any existing child-custody determination, if available. If a child-custody determination
is not available, the petition must state the petitioner's right to make a petition, as described

Section 9-2-85 Duties of employees of division generally; seizure, etc., of seafoods illegally
taken, etc. The employees of the Division of Marine Resources shall diligently enforce all
laws and regulations of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources now existing
or which may hereafter be enacted or promulgated for the protection, propagation, preservation
or conservation of the seafoods of the State of Alabama and shall prosecute all persons who

Section 30-3-4.2 Grandparent visitation. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following
words have the following meanings: (1) GRANDPARENT. The parent of a parent, whether the relationship

required under this chapter, except those which are trade secrets or privileged or confidential
commercial or financial information, other than any annual financial statement that may be
