Section 30-3B-111 Taking testimony in another state. (a) In addition to other procedures available
to a party, a party to a child custody proceeding may offer testimony of witnesses who are
located in another state, including testimony of the parties and the child, by deposition
or other means allowable in this state for testimony taken in another state. The court on
its own motion may order that the testimony of a person be taken in another state and may
prescribe the manner in which and the terms upon which the testimony is taken. (b) A court
of this state may permit an individual residing in another state to be deposed or to testify
by telephone, audiovisual means, or other electronic means before a designated court or at
another location in that state. A court of this state shall cooperate with courts of other

Section 12-21-3.1 Subpoena of law enforcement officers and investigative reports; disposition
of criminal matters. (a) Neither law enforcement investigative reports nor the testimony of
a law enforcement officer may be subject to a civil or administrative subpoena except as provided

Section 12-15-125 Taking into custody of children generally. (a) A child or minor may be taken
into custody for any of the following reasons: (1) Pursuant to an order of the juvenile court.
(2) By a law enforcement officer having reasonable grounds to believe that the child or minor

Section 13A-8-198 Order to correct records. (a) Upon a conviction for any crime in violation
of this article or conviction of any other offense which the court finds involved identity
theft, and at the victim's request, the sentencing court shall issue any orders necessary
to correct any public or private record that contains false information as a result of a criminal
violation of this article. Any order shall be under seal and may be released only as prescribed

electronic voting specialists. (a) The voted ballot containers and records of election containers

Section 26-2A-105 Findings; order of appointment. (a) The court shall exercise the authority
conferred in this division so as to encourage the development of maximum self-reliance and
independence of the incapacitated person and make appointive and other orders only to the
