Section 34-25-7 Injunctions; contempt of court. If any person violates any provisions of this chapter, the board shall, upon direction of a majority of the board, in the name of the State of Alabama, apply in any circuit court of competent jurisdiction for an order enjoining such violation or an order enforcing compliance with this chapter. Upon the filing of a verified petition in the court, the court, or any judge thereof, if satisfied by affidavit or otherwise that the person has violated this chapter, may issue a temporary injunction, without notice or bond, enjoining such continued violation; and, if it is established that the person has violated or is violating this chapter, the court, or any judge thereof, may enter a judgment perpetually enjoining the violation or enforcing compliance with this chapter. Section 12-15-112 Interference with performance of duties by juvenile probation officers. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere knowingly with or oppose or otherwise obstruct any juvenile probation officer or representative of the Department of Human Resources in the performance of his or her duties pursuant to this chapter. Section 12-5A-14 Construction. (a) All laws or parts of laws, both general and local, and any rules or portions of rules adopted by the Supreme Court which conflict with this chapter are expressly repealed. (a) Fingerprints of a child who has been charged with a delinquent act shall be taken by the law enforcement agency taking the child into custody. The prints may be retained in a local file and a copy shall be filed with the Alabama Bureau of Investigation.
