Section 27-29-11.1 Recovery rights of receivers. (a) If an order for liquidation or rehabilitation
of a domestic insurer has been entered, the receiver appointed under the order shall have
a right to recover on behalf of the insurer, (1) from any parent corporation, holding company,

Section 12-15-207 Filing of petition and conduct of hearing as to necessity for continuation
of detention or shelter care of a child; violation of probation and aftercare. (a) When a

Section 30-3-161 Definitions. As used in this article, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings, unless the context requires a different definition: (1) CHANGE
OF PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE. A change of the residence of a child whose custody has been determined
by a prior court order, whether or not accompanied by a change of the residence of a person
