Section 35-6-40 Property subject to partition; by whom application made. Any property, real,
personal or mixed, held by joint owners or tenants in common, may be divided among them, on
the written application of one or more of them to the probate court of the county in which
the property is situated; and such application may be made by the executor or administrator
of a deceased person in interest, or by the guardian of a minor or person of unsound mind.

The board of trustees shall execute all documents necessary to establish and administer the
AFT Corporation including, but not limited to, documents to form a not-for-profit corporation
and to qualify as an organization pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal
Revenue Code. (b) The AFT Corporation shall establish the AFT Trust and the AFT Charitable
Trust, and the board of trustees shall administer the AFT Trust and the AFT Charitable Trust

Section 41-9-416 Administration of funds; records; office space and equipment. (a) The commission
shall administer funds allocated for its work and be authorized to accept, disburse, and allocate
any funds that may become available from other governmental and private sources, provided
that all such funds shall be disbursed or allocated in compliance with any specific designation

claim, or a verified statement thereof, in the office of the judge of probate in which letters

Section 43-8-173 Withdrawal of will before probate. When any will is filed with the probate
judge or in the probate court for the purpose of probating the same, and it becomes necessary
to withdraw said will before it is probated, the probate judge shall have the same recorded
in the book in which are recorded probated wills, but shall mark or have written on the page
or pages of the record where recorded the following: "Recorded Before Being Probated."
