Section 6-5-340 Computer failure or malfunction. (a) Whenever used in this section, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) GOVERNMENTAL CORPORATION AND AUTHORITY. Section 28-4-325 Fees of officers making seizures of prohibited liquors. (a) No person, unless otherwise exempted by this article, shall engage in blasting or other use of explosives for commercial purposes without first obtaining a municipal explosives use permit from the appropriate local issuing authority.
