Section 12-1-18 Reimbursement of travel expenses of circuit judges, district court judges, municipal judges, court-supportive personnel, etc.; effect of failure to attend educational conference, seminar, etc., when attendance ordered. (b) Any person who has been committed to the county jail in Colbert County under a criminal sentence imposed by the Circuit or District Court of Colbert County, and who has been released on a suspended sentence shall report to the probation office of Colbert County. (a) In addition to all other costs and charges in circuit and district court cases in Lee County, a fee of three dollars ($3) shall be charged and collected by the clerks of the courts.
