Section 8-32-10 Enforcement provisions. (a) The commissioner may conduct investigations or
examinations of providers, administrators, insurers, or other persons to enforce this chapter
and protect service contract holders in this state. Upon request of the commissioner, the
provider shall make all accounts, books, and records concerning service contracts sold in
this state by the provider available to the commissioner which are necessary to enable the
commissioner to reasonably determine compliance or noncompliance with this chapter. (b) Providers,
administrators, or insurers being examined shall pay to the commissioner the travel expense
to and from such examination, a living expense allowance at reasonable rates customary for
the examination in the state where the examination takes place and as established or adopted

Section 44-1-51 Composition; compensation; records. (a) The Governor shall be the ex officio
Chair of the Youth Services Board. (b) The board shall be composed of 18 voting members, five

the right to appeal any disciplinary action taken against him or her. An employee on probationary
status shall not have that right unless the employee had permanent status in some other position

Section 25-5-57 Compensation for disability. (a) Compensation schedule. Following is the schedule
of compensation: (1) TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY. For injury producing temporary total disability,
the compensation shall be 66 2/3 percent of the average weekly earnings received at the time
of injury, subject to a maximum and minimum weekly compensation as stated in Section 25-5-68,
but if at the time of injury the employee received average weekly earnings of less than the
minimum stated in Section 25-5-68, then he or she shall receive the full amount of the average
