Section 11-88-94 Form, terms, denominations, etc., of notes issued under article; sale, exchange,
etc., generally; sale price; applicability of certain other provisions of law. Any notes or
bonds issued under this article may be secured by a pledge of the assessments made with respect
to the improvement being financed. They may be made payable at such place or places within

Section 35-12-77 Payment or delivery of abandoned property. (a) Except for property held in
a safe deposit box or other safekeeping depository, upon filing the report required in Section
35-12-76, the holder of property presumed abandoned shall pay, deliver, or cause to be paid
or delivered to the Treasurer the property described in the report as unclaimed, but if the
property is an automatically renewable deposit, and a penalty or forfeiture in the payment
of interest would result, the time for compliance is extended until a penalty or forfeiture
would no longer result. (b) Tangible property held in a safe deposit box or other safekeeping

of any noncustodial parent who resides or owns property in this state and owes past due child

Section 10A-5A-1.06 Rules of construction. (a) It is the policy of this chapter and this state
to give maximum effect to the principles of freedom of contract and to the enforceability
of limited liability company agreements. (b) Unless displaced by particular provisions of
