Section 10A-2A-18.01 Application to existing corporations. (a) Before January 1, 2021,
this chapter governs only: (1) a corporation incorporated on or after January 1, 2020; and
(2) a corporation incorporated before January 1, 2020, which elects, by amending or restating

Section 11-50-411 Disposition of net profits of district; "net income" defined;
distribution of less than net income for fiscal year; availability for payment in future fiscal
years. All the net income of the gas transmission system or systems, for each fiscal year,

Section 11-54B-41 Definitions. As used in this article, the following words and phrases
shall have the following meanings: (1) DISTRICT MANAGEMENT CORPORATION. An entity created
