Section 20-2-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) ADMINISTER. The direct application of a controlled substance, whether by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means, to the body of a patient or research subject by: a. A practitioner or, in his or her presence, his or her authorized agent. b. The patient or research subject at the direction and in the presence of the practitioner. (2) AGENT. An authorized person who acts on behalf of or at the direction of a manufacturer, distributor, or dispenser. The term does not include a common or contract carrier, public warehouseman, or employee of the carrier or warehouseman. (3) CERTIFYING BOARDS. Section 22-35-3 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK. Any one or combination of stationary tanks affixed permanently to the ground or other support structure (including pipes connected thereto) used to contain an accumulation of motor fuels, the volume of which (including pipes connected thereto) is greater than 90 percent above the surface of the ground. Section 32-7-6 Security required; suspensions; applicability. (a) Permits. - Any airport zoning regulations adopted under this chapter may require that a permit be obtained before any new structure or use may be constructed or established and before any existing use or structure may be substantially changed or substantially altered.
