Section 23-7-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) BANK. The Alabama Transportation Infrastructure Bank. (2) BOARD. The board of directors of the bank. (3) BONDS. Includes bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness except as otherwise provided in this chapter. (4) DEPARTMENT or DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. The Alabama Department of Transportation. (5) ELIGIBLE COST. As applied to a qualified project to be financed from the federal highway account, the costs that are permitted under applicable federal laws, requirements, procedures, and guidelines in regard to establishing, operating, and providing assistance from the bank. Section 11-94-12 Bonds of authority - Indenture; lien; remedies of bondholders. In the discretion of its board, any bonds issued by an authority may be secured by an indenture between an authority and a trustee, which may be any trust company or bank having trust powers, whether such bank or trust company is located within or without the state. (a)(1) In addition to all other powers at any time conferred on them by law, each industrial development board shall have the following powers: a.
