Section 16-26A-4 Board of directors generally. (a) There is hereby created a board of directors
for the school, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the "board." The board shall
be composed of 21 members as follows: (1) The State Department of Education assistant state
superintendent in charge of curriculum development, or his or her designee. (2) The Chancellor
of the University of Alabama System, or his or her designee. (3) The President of Auburn University,

Section 21-3A-3 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this chapter have the

Section 24-8-3 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this chapter shall have
the following respective meanings: (1) ADECA. The Alabama Department of Economic and Community

Section 11-52-80 Board of adjustment - Creation; composition; qualifications, appointment,

Section 29-3-16 Emergency interim successors for officers of political subdivisions. The provisions
of this section shall be applicable to officers of political subdivisions, including, but
not limited to, cities, towns, villages, townships and counties, as well as school, fire,
power and drainage districts not included in Section 29-3-15. Such officers, subject to such
