Section 11-98-1 Definitions. (a) As used in this chapter, the following words and terms have
the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTOMATIC NUMBER
IDENTIFICATION. An enhanced 911 service capability that enables the automatic display of the
10-digit telephone number used to place a 911 call. The term includes pseudo-automatic number
identification, which means an enhanced 911 service capability that enables identification
of the subscriber. (2) CMRS. Commercial mobile radio service under Sections 3(27) and 332(d)
of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996, 47 U.S.C. ยง151 et seq., and Omnibus Budget

Section 37-11-1 Execution and text of compact. The Governor, on behalf of this state, is hereby
authorized to execute a compact in substantially the following form with the states of Louisiana
and Mississippi, and the legislature hereby signifies in advance its approval and ratification
of such compact, which compact is as follows: Southern High-Speed Rail Commission. Article
I. The purpose of this compact is to study the feasibility of rapid rail transit service between
the states of Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama and to establish a joint interstate commission

Section 34-21A-3 Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board. (a) There is established the Alabama Onsite
Wastewater Board. The board shall consist of nine members who shall, at the time of appointment
and during the entire time for which appointed, be residents and citizens of Alabama. The

of this system, there shall be a board of managers of five members for the administration,
