Section 13A-8-198 Order to correct records. (a) Upon a conviction for any crime in violation of this article or conviction of any other offense which the court finds involved identity theft, and at the victim's request, the sentencing court shall issue any orders necessary to correct any public or private record that contains false information as a result of a criminal violation of this article. Any order shall be under seal and may be released only as prescribed by this section. The order shall include the following information: (1) Information about financial accounts affected by the crime, including, but not limited to, the name of the financial institution, the account number, amount of money involved in the crime, and the date of the crime. Section 27-42-8 Powers and duties. (a) The association shall: (1)a. Be obligated to pay covered claims existing prior to the order of liquidation arising within 30 days after the order of liquidation, or before the policy expiration date if less than 30 days after the order of liquidation, or before the insured replaces the policy or causes its cancellation, if he or she does so within 30 days of the order of liquidation.
