Section 45-27A-32 Community antenna television system. (a) As used in this section the word city shall mean the City of Brewton, Alabama, in Escambia County, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Alabama. (a) Counties may, upon request of the county commission, engage the Department of Revenue to collect and administer any county sales, use, rental, lodgings, tobacco, or other local taxes for which there is a corresponding state levy. Section 11-89A-10 Security for payment of bonds; contracts and agreements to secure. (a) Any bonds issued by the authority shall be revenue bonds and shall be payable solely out of such revenues of the authority as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which they shall be authorized to be issued.
