Section 22-29-6 Members, officers and directors; quorum; resolutions and orders. The applicants
named in the application and their respective successors in office shall constitute the members
of the authority. The Governor shall be president of the authority, the State Health Officer
shall be vice-president of the authority and the Director of Finance shall be the secretary
of the authority. The State Treasurer shall be the treasurer and custodian of the funds and
securities of the authority, but shall not be a member of the authority. The members of the
authority shall constitute all the members of the board of directors of the authority, which
shall be the governing body of the authority. A majority of the members of the board of directors

Section 35-8B-3 Sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages within district. (a) If a majority
of the board of control of a community development district formed under Section 35-8B-1(a),
(b), or (d) consents to and approves the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages within

Section 36-27-21.3 Cost-of-living increases; funding. (a) There is hereby provided, commencing
October 1, 1982, to any person retired prior to October 1, 1981, under the Teachers' Retirement
System or Employees' Retirement System of Alabama and who is receiving a retirement allowance

(a) The Director of ADECA may establish and administer the broadband accessibility grant program
for the purpose of promoting the deployment and adoption of broadband Internet access services
to unserved areas. By June 26, 2018, the director shall adopt rules and policies to administer
the program and begin to accept applications for grants, and shall adopt such rules as may
be necessary to meet the future needs of the grant program. (b) The program shall be administered
