Section 41-10-351 Definitions. The following terms hereafter used in this article shall have the following respective meanings: (1) AUTHORITY. The public corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this article. (2) BONDS. The bonds issued under the provisions of this article. (3) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Mental Health. (4) DEPARTMENT. The Department of Mental Health provided for in Chapter 50 of Subtitle 2 of Title 22. (5) DIRECTORS. The board of directors of the authority. (6) MENTAL HEALTH FACILITIES. Section 11-92B-12 Bonds of the authority. (a) Bonds of an authority shall be signed by the chair or vice chair and attested to by the secretary or assistant secretary. The seal of an authority shall be affixed thereto. Section 16-65-6 Bonds generally. (a) Issuance of bonds. The authority is authorized and empowered to issue its bonds from time to time for the purpose of making equipment loans to finance equipment costs incurred or to be incurred by educational institutions.
