Section 33-13-9 Bonds - Generally. There are hereby authorized to be issued bonds of the state in aggregate principal amount not exceeding $45,000,000.00 for the purpose of paying costs of the development, construction, improvements, expansion and modernization (or any of them) of the State Docks Department at the Port of Mobile. The bonds hereby authorized shall be general obligations of the state, and the full faith, credit and taxing powers of the state are hereby irrevocably pledged for the prompt and faithful payment of the principal thereof and the interest thereon. Section 2-3A-8 Bonds of the authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by the authority shall be payable solely out of the revenues and other receipts of the authority as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which the bonds shall be authorized to be issued. Section 12-19-311 Bail bond fees. (a)(1) In addition to all other charges, costs, taxes, or fees levied by law on bail bonds, additional fees as detailed in paragraph a. and paragraph b. shall be imposed on every bail bond in all courts of this state. The fee shall not be assessed in traffic cases, except for those serious traffic offenses enumerated in Title 32, Chapter 5A, Article 9. Where multiple charges arise out of the same incident, the bond fee pursuant to this section shall only be assessed on one charge.
