Section 45-41-141 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases used in this part,
and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, in the absence of clear implication
herein otherwise, shall be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) AMENDMENT

Section 11-88-12 Establishment and revision of rates, fees, and charges for services
rendered by authority; applicability of provisions of section to authority organized

Section 40-23-35 Disposition of revenues from tax. (a) Such amount of money as shall
be appropriated for each fiscal year by the Legislature to the Department of Revenue with
which to pay the salaries, the cost of operation and management of the department shall be
deducted, as a first charge thereon, from the taxes collected under the provisions of this
