Section 11-88-50 Payment of cost of improvement by board; specification of cost of improvement.
(a) The board may pay out of the general funds of the authority or any special fund that may
be provided for the purpose such portion of the cost of the proposed improvement as it may
deem proper. (b) The cost of any improvement shall include the expense of the preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation, publication
and mailing of the notices and resolutions required by this article, the cost of construction,
the printing of bonds, the interest on money borrowed during construction or on bonds when
bonds have been issued in anticipation of the collection of assessments, the preparation of
proceedings authorizing the issuance of bonds under the provisions of this article and the
rendition of the approving opinions with respect thereto and any other expenses necessary

Section 22-29-11 Temporary financing. In anticipation of the issuance of bonds, the authority
may borrow such sums as may be needed, not exceeding $500,000.00 to be outstanding at any
one time, for any of the purposes enumerated in this chapter and to obligate itself by certificate
or promissory note, bearing interest at a rate or rates to be specified by the authority,

Section 9-16-89 Performance bonds and bond releases. (a) After a surface coal mining and reclamation
permit application has been approved but before such a permit is issued, the applicant shall
file with the regulatory authority, on a form prescribed and furnished by the regulatory authority,
a bond for performance payable to the state and conditioned upon faithful performance of all

Section 23-2-145 Advertisement for construction bids; award of contract; work done by force
account; further considerations by the authority. (a) Before construction is started on any
project, the authority shall advertise for sealed bids once each week for three consecutive
weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the project or undertaking,

Section 16-16-10 Disposition of proceeds of bonds. (a) The proceeds of all bonds, other than
