Section 27-61-1 Surplus Lines Insurance Multi-State Compliance Compact. The Surplus
Lines Insurance Multi-State Compliance Compact Act is enacted into law and entered into with
all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: PREAMBLE
WHEREAS, with regard to Non-Admitted Insurance policies with risk exposures located in multiple
states, the 111th United States Congress has stipulated in Title V, Subtitle B, the Non-Admitted
and Reinsurance Reform Act of 2010, of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection
Act, hereafter, the NRRA, that: (A) The placement of Non-Admitted Insurance shall be subject
to the statutory and regulatory requirements solely of the insured's Home State, and (B) Any
law, regulation, provision, or action of any State that applies or purports to apply to Non-Admitted
Insurance sold to, solicited by, or negotiated with an insured whose Home State is another

Section 11-81-166 Revenue bonds - Authority for issuance; authorization proceedings
generally; form, terms, denominations, etc.; execution and delivery generally; maturity and
sale; payment generally; trust indentures. (a) Any borrower may issue its revenue bonds for

Section 11-2-20 Requirement of additional bonds of county officials, etc. - Authority.
(a) Except where otherwise specifically provided by law for county taxing officials and judges
of probate, the bond for each county official shall be one-half of one percent of the amount
budgeted in the then current county budget for activities conducted by or under the direction
of the individual county official, but the bond amount for any county official shall not exceed
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). The bond for any county employee required to post bond shall
be set in an amount determined proper by the county commission. In the alternative, the county

Section 11-32-16 Exemption from other state supervision and control. This chapter is
intended to aid the state in the execution of its duties by providing appropriate and independent
instrumentalities of the state with full and adequate powers to fulfill their functions. Except
