Section 11-62-12 Establishment and maintenance of special debt service reserve funds, etc.
Any authority may establish and maintain one or more special debt service reserve funds and
such other special fund or funds as may be necessary or desirable for its corporate purposes
and may pay into each such fund any moneys contributed or granted to such authority for the
purpose of such fund by any governmental or public entity or any private party, any proceeds
from the sale of bonds or notes to the extent provided in the resolution adopted by the board
of such authority authorizing the issuance of such bonds or notes and any other moneys which
may be made available to such authority for the purpose of such fund from any other source

Section 16-16A-7 Additional findings; bonds authorized; procedures. (a) The Legislature finds
that the number of students attending the several school systems located in those areas of
North Alabama that will be directly impacted by the 2005 BRAC and Subsequent BRAC Actions
will collectively increase by an estimated 9,000 students. As a result, there will be a need
for the construction of additional school facilities as well as the renovation of existing

Section 11-32-9 Bonds - Form and execution; sale; obligations; notice. (a) All bonds issued
by the authority shall be signed by the chair, vice chair, or executive director and attested

Section 11-47-233 Notice respecting issuance of bonds; limitation of actions contesting validity
of bonds. Upon the adoption by the board of an authority of any resolution providing for the
