Section 22-21-73 Incorporation - Certificate of incorporation - Form and contents; approval
by county commission; validation of certain certificates of incorporation. (a) The certificate
of incorporation shall state: (1) The name of the corporation, which shall be "_____
County Hospital Board," if such name is available for use by the corporation and, if
not available, then the incorporators shall designate some other similar name that is available;
provided, that if the corporate functions of the corporation are to be exercised in a portion
only of the county, the corporate name of the corporation shall be a name that is appropriate

Section 11-104-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following

street plan adopted by planning commission until street accepted, etc. The municipality shall
not accept, lay out, open, improve, grade, pave, curb, or light any street or lay or authorize
water mains or sewers or connection to be laid in any street within any portion of territory
for which the planning commission shall have adopted a major street plan unless such street
shall have been accepted or opened as or shall otherwise have received the legal status of

Section 22-21-311 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases used in this article, and
others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of clear implication
herein otherwise, be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) APPLICANT.
