Section 11-86A-19 Limited liability. The recovery of damages under any judgment against
an authority or an officer, agent, or employee acting within the line and scope of his or
her duties with the authority shall be limited to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)
for bodily injury or death for one person in any single occurrence. Recovery of damages under
any judgment against an authority shall be limited to three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)

Section 8-38-9 Violations of notification requirements. (a) A violation of the notification
provisions of this chapter is an unlawful trade practice under the Alabama Deceptive Trade
Practices Act, Chapter 19 of this title, but does not constitute a criminal offense under
Section 8-19-12. The Attorney General shall have the exclusive authority to bring an

pay covered claims existing prior to the order of liquidation arising within 30 days after

Section 22-35-5 Fee; withdrawals; disposition of funds; liability for clean-up costs;
audit. (a) Every owner of an underground or aboveground storage tank as defined in this chapter
shall pay an Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund fee as established by the
