Section 11-81A-4 Limitations and amplification of securities authorization. Securities issued under the authority of this chapter shall mature at such time or times as the governing body of the issuer shall determine, not later than the date on which the last installment of the grant is reasonably expected to be received. The total principal amount of securities which may be issued in respect of a grant shall not exceed the reasonably estimated proceeds of the grant. The determination of the governing body of the issuer of the date on which the last installment of the grant will be received and the amounts of the proceeds of any grant to be received shall be conclusive.
