Section 41-10-61 Exemption from taxation of bonds, properties, income, etc., of authority; use of bonds as security for deposits of state funds; investment of trust funds in bonds. (a) The properties of the authority and the income therefrom and all lease agreements made by the authority and income therefrom shall be forever exempt from any and all taxation in the State of Alabama. Section 41-15C-1 Creation; funding and distribution. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama Senior Services Trust Fund as a separate fund in the State Treasury. (a) After a surface coal mining and reclamation permit application has been approved but before such a permit is issued, the applicant shall file with the regulatory authority, on a form prescribed and furnished by the regulatory authority, a bond for performance payable to the state and conditioned upon faithful performance of all the requirements of this article and the permit.
